This Feud Has Been Fast and Furious – But Tyrese and Dwayne Seem to Have Finally Slammed on the Brakes

It’s been one of the most talked about rivalries in recent cinema, with some massive egos in the centre of it all.

We’ve spoken about it before here at WTNH, but there is some good (?) news to talk about now.

It seems that Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Fast & Furious feud has come to an end.

Yep, the most ridiculous series of quips and gripes has seemingly been put to an end, at least for now.

Taking to Instagram, Tyrese Gibson uploaded a post where he details how he had a “heart to heart” with one of Johnson’s representatives, complete with a photo of him, Dwayne, and co-star Vin Diesel standing together with Johnson’s arms most definitely draped over the shoulder of his F&F co-stars.

Granted, no-one in the picture looks particularly happy to be in the picture, but still.

This post came just a few days after Tyrese Gibson threatened to leave the franchise if Dwayne Johnson was still on-board when Fast 9 came out.

So, it’s all been sorted seemingly.

Of course, there was probably never any doubt that Tyrese would ever really leave the Fast & Furious franchise, especially as you consider how much money he’s earned from it.

So, we can safely close the book on this entry in WTNH.

As many of you know, we don’t really touch anything F&F related, but we thought we’d let you know.

Fear not, regular service will resume immediately.
